We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11027436 and have our registered office at First Floor, Telecom House, 125-135 Preston Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 6AF, United Kingdom.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Your membership subscription (monthly or annual) renews automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel:

- You will retain access to the membership content until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

- No refunds are issued for unused days or partial periods of either monthly or annual subscriptions.

- Future payments will stop after the current billing period ends.

Payment Terms

- Payment is taken automatically on your renewal date.

- If a payment fails or cannot be processed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

Access & Login Details

Membership access is for your personal use only.
You agree not to:

- share your login details with any other individual,

- allow anyone else to access the membership using your account, or

- transfer your membership to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorised sharing is detected.

Use of Membership Content

All videos, documents, downloads, guides, recordings and resources inside the membership are the intellectual property of Project: Patterns.

You must not:

- copy, record, distribute or share any membership content,

- reproduce content outside the membership,

- post or reshare content in other groups, platforms or public spaces, or

- record or distribute any live sessions, including Zoom calls.

This also applies to any content created or shared by other members, including their work, photos, designs, discussions and questions.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

Content Availability Disclaimer

We may add, remove or update content within the membership at any time in order to improve or maintain the service.

Behaviour & Community Guidelines

Members are expected to engage respectfully in all community areas, including forums, comment sections and live calls.

The following are not permitted:

- harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour

- spamming or unsolicited promotion

- disruptive or inappropriate conduct

We reserve the right to remove members who breach these guidelines, without refund.

Intellectual Property Protection

All membership content remains the property of Project: Patterns.
Nothing may be reproduced, shared or distributed without prior written permission.

Physical Products

If you’re unhappy with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on physical items (pattern cutting tools, printed block patterns, etc.) provided they are:

- unopened,

- unused,

- in their original condition, and

- returned with proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, you have the right to return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

For non-faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return.

Digital Products (Including PDF Patterns, E-books & Guides)

Please review product information carefully before purchase – due to the instant nature of their format, once you have downloaded or started to download a digital product, the right to return is limited. The process of downloading a digital order is usually started by clicking on the download link sent in the order email, whether or not you open the downloaded files.

If there is a fault with the product, you have the right to request a repair or replacement – please get in touch if you believe this is the case. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we will offer you a full or part refund.

If you change your mind or would like to return the digital product for another reason, we will offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of your order only if you have not started downloading your order.

Online Courses

If you’re unhappy with your online course for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a full refund.

By purchasing an online course, you agree that:

- the course content is for your personal use only,

- you will not share your login details, and

- you will not make the course content available to others.

Zoom Classes

If you are no longer able to make your purchased zoom class then we will offer refunds or exchanges up 48 hours before the scheduled class.

Any cancelations less than 48 hours prior to the class are non-refundable.

In Person Classes

Unfortunately in person class spots are non-refundable and I do not offer exchanges if you cancel within one month of the class taking place. However if you cancel prior to one month before the class I will try to my best to move you onto another class of your choice and if this isn’t possible then you will receive a full refund.
