This course is designed so that you can learn in a relaxed, but structured space.

Each module builds on the knowledge that you gain in the previous one, getting progressively more complex.

We'll start with some key knowledge and technical skills (it's important to understand the why behind the how) then move into applying that knowledge onto different designs.

Our first designs begin with simple necklines changes, and end with complex asymmetric necklines and armholes.

Then we'll move onto sleeves. Again starting simple designs and ending with a complex raglan sleeve!

All you have to do is grab your half scale blocks and follow along with the video tutorials.

No, this course is self led. Which is a nice way of saying that you can log in and watch the videos at any time of day, from any time zone and as many times as you want!

Do I need any previous pattern cutting experience?

This course is aimed at beginner and novice pattern cutters, but you do need to be familiar with some very basic skills including how to add seam allowance, basic dart rotation and slash & spread.

Can I ask questions as I learn?

Yes! There are question opportunities at the end of each module and I’ll do my best to get back to you as quickly as I can! You can also email me any specific questions or ask them in my student community.
